Indelands provides property title verification and due diligence services in India. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Property ownership chain verification
• Encumbrance certificate analysis
• Court case and litigation search
• Document authenticity verification
• Trust Score calculation and Trust Reports
• Property Vault document storage
• Legal opinion and consultation services

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Document Submission

When you submit documents for verification, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit such documents
• The documents are authentic and have not been tampered with
• You have obtained necessary consents from any third parties whose information may be contained in the documents
• The submission does not violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Trust Reports and Opinions

Our Trust Reports and legal opinions are based on the documents and information provided to us and our verification processes. While we strive for accuracy, our reports:

• Are not a guarantee of clear title or absence of disputes
• Should not be the sole basis for any property transaction decision
• Are valid as of the date of the report and may not reflect subsequent changes
• Do not constitute legal advice and should be reviewed with your own legal counsel

6. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you purchase. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are provided only in cases where we are unable to complete the verification due to circumstances beyond your control. Once a report is delivered, refunds are not available.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Indelands or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all documents and information you submit as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our Services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indelands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indelands and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
